DESCRIPTION:January is a time to hibernate but also a time to share hobbies together. This month we have extended time at our meeting to create more of what we love! Bring your own marquetry projects to work on in a social setting 1pm-4pm\, or continue from the morning workshop. This month we will bring a dollar store box to cover from 10am-12:30. Members bring your brown bag lunch and a short business meeting will follow. \nWant to try out marquetry for the first time? 10:30am-12:30pm we host a free beginners workshop. Adults and children (ages 8 and up) are welcome. Everything required is supplied.

DESCRIPTION:All club members are encouraged to bring out their completed work from this year. The competition is a great place to display your work and enhance the show. You never know you might even win! \nRemember to bring your door stoppers too for their own competition this year. There are two categories- Novice\, those who are creating marquetry for their first year. And Advanced- all others who are seasoned at the craft. Prizes for the top in each category! \nPotluck lunch will be provided by members. \nAnyone not a member wishing to view the competition is more than welcome to arrive at 11am when all will be dispalyed.
